We began in 2021 after our founder, Jessica Duran, DVM, started assisting dairy industry organizations in bridging the language gap between different management levels of the organizations. Dr. Duran noticed that there was often a gap to be filled when it came to management having enough Spanish proficiency to function if the bilingual worker team lead wasn't immediately available. She offers training and consulting services to address this need. Her experience gives her a unique opportunity to provide a valuable service that maximizes results, profitability, and animal health for producers.
